Workforce Road Services is a national linemarking company with branches in SA, NSW, WA, Queensland, and the NT. Our linemarking teams undertake a wide range of operations, including:

  • Maintenance of state and national highways and roads

  • Set out and installation of markings on major road construction projects

We are seeking skilled and unskilled team members to join our growing operations. On-the-job training will be provided.


The Role
We are looking for linemarking professionals to assist with:

  • Installation of new linemarking works, including longitudinal and transverse markings across various applications

  • Re-marking existing linemarking works

  • Working safely while providing on-the-job guidance to trainee team members

  • Leading teams and communicating effectively on-site

  • Ensuring all work meets required specifications and quality standards

  • Acting as a liaison between the customer and Workforce Road Services

Skills, Experience & Mandatory Qualifications

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and work effectively within a team

  • Experience reading and interpreting plans, and setting out markings to required specifications

  • Experience operating longitudinal linemarking trucks and associated equipment

  • Willingness to work away from home for construction and maintenance projects, including weekends and night shifts

  • Hold or be able to obtain the following:

    • Construction Industry White Card

    • Traffic Management ticket

    • Truck license

    • Forklift license

    • First Aid certificate

  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment induction, medical checks, and drug & alcohol testing (Zero Tolerance Policy)
